This work is the first step of “The Development and Effectiveness of Web-Based Financial Management Education Program for Nurses” project, which consisted of three steps: educational need assessment using focus group discussion, development of educational key components, and evaluation of education program.
In order for readers to understand the project clearly, the following steps were introduced. This work was the first step of the project: educational need assessment using focus group discussion. The results of this study were initiated the second step: development of educational key components. Therefore, these were summaries in intro part of purpose, methods and results of “Key components of financial analysis education for clinical nurses” (Lim JY, Noh W., Nursing & Health Sciences, 2015;17(3): 293–8). The final step of the project is an evaluation of the effectiveness of the program developed on the basis of the results of step 1 and step 2 studies and is in the process of being published.
In the Purpose section, this study is the first step of the work, “The Development and Effectiveness of Web-Based Financial Management Education Program for Nurses” project, which consisted of three steps. Based on literature review and FGI of this study, the second step was initiated and described these in Lim JY, Noh W. “Key components of financial analysis education for clinical nurses”, Nursing & health sciences, 2015;17(3): 293–8.
In the Methods section, the participants of FGI and procedure of literature review of this study were initiated the second step, these were summaries in intro part of methods of Lim JY, Noh W. “Key components of financial analysis education for clinical nurses”, Nursing & health sciences, 2015;17(3): 293–8.
In the Results section, the 9 Key components of this study were initiated the second step, these terms were described in intro part of results of Lim JY, Noh W. “Key components of financial analysis education for clinical nurses”, Nursing & health sciences, 2015;17(3): 293–8.
